Cancellations (made by customer) & Refund Policy

  • On the Day of Booking 0% refund for cancellations.
  • One Day (24 hours) 50% refund for cancellations made, one day before the booking date & by 12.00pm.
  • Two Days (48 hours) 100% refund for cancellations made two days before the booking date & by 12.00pm.
  • Note: Refunds exclude booking and bank fees.

Cancellations (made by Te Pā Tū)

In the unlikely event where Te Pā Tū has to reschedule or cancel tours, guests who are not able to rebook on alternative dates set, customers will be offered a full refund.

Pricing and Additional Charges

  • All charges to customers will be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
  • A booking fee of 2% is applied to all credit card payments.

Delivery of Services: Once a booking is confirmed, all necessary information will be sent to the customer via email. Please ensure your email is accurate and check your spam folder if you don’t receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
